About Us
The Dalian office was founded in 2010 as a structural unit tasked with overseeing production processes and quality control of road construction and warehouse machinery manufactured in China.
Over the years, numerous changes were made, including machinery adaptation for harsh Russian regions, custom modifications for large Russian organizations, and quality improvements based on feedback and claims.
In total, over 10,000 units of machinery were delivered by 2020.
History
In 2020, the office was reorganized into an independent company, and activities gradually expanded:
Supply of spare parts for warehouse and construction machinery.
Added supply and maintenance of production lines for steel/cast iron/aluminum casting and CNC machining. Sourcing and supply of CNC machine spare parts.
- Tooling manufacturing for steel casting and machining enterprises.
- Assistance in design, production, and supply of automated production lines for rebar mesh manufacturing.
- Manufacturing and supply of injection molding machines, molds, and spare parts.
- Custom manufacturing of spare parts for road construction and warehouse machinery, automotive parts, ship and railway parts (casting, machining).
- Design of special equipment for rolling large shafts and gears.
- Design of 8-axis EDM machines.
- Technology development and sample production of high-precision meshes for the chemical industry.
Established a workshop for sub-assembly and completion of internal combustion engines with 1.6L and 1.8L displacement.
